   This place was recommended to us and unfortunately we had one of the worst dining experiences ever. After having waited an hour we spoke with the waitress as to the timing of our dinner. A half hour later our food came and it was all wrong. One steak dinner was requested as medium and received as rare. The fries were forgotten, the side dishes were all wrong, the chicken was well done, the halibut was dry. We then spoke with someone who said she was in charge and as we were explaining our dissatisfaction she walked away from us to greet people at the door. We soon found out that she was the hostess and not the manager in charge and she told us to speak with our waitress. After speaking with our waitress she proceeded to get her manager who was currently speaking with another table that was disgruntled. After waiting another 15 minutes the proper manager came over, she did not apologize and was very rude as well. All she said was that she would deduct the steak that was rare. After having paid for our dinner, and as we were leaving, the hotess said out loud, "Thank God their leaving"! Unfortunately due to the fact that many people are circulating through this resort town they seem to think they can avoid providing proper customer service. We were two families in attendance and we will never be returning to the Steak N Rib Restaurant.

   maybe if u were such a stuck up group ur meal would have been better, but even though ur meal experience wasnt that great its still no excuse not to tip ur waitress!!!

   it was alright. our waitress was very friendly and the food was alright. im not too sure if i liked the atmosphere though. it was also a wee bit pricey.

   we went to this restaurant with 5 people for a kids meal it cost 7.50 for a kid grilled cheese drinks not included this place has gross over prices food they would be better off calling it the grub shack
