    The food is good, but the demeaning attitude of a staff member leaves a BAD taste in your mouth. This lady has an ATTITUDE!! She is about 40-45 years old, size 16-18, with short brown hair. She does not need to be working serving customers. I have stood in line and heard her be rude to customers who request a different sauce or any modifications to their sandwich. I have been a mystery shopper for 20 yeras and if her conduct was reported on a mystery shop evaluation, she would be retrained or let go. I have observed her rudness on more than one occasion. In this economy what business owner wants an employee like her running customers away. I don't plan to return as long as this woman works there. She obviously despises her job.

    GREAT PLACE TO EAT
    MY FAVORITE, THE TRADITIONAL SUB, AND THEIR WONDERFUL CHILI
    EXTRA INFO. THEY DELIVER!!, WHICH IS GREAT.
