Called rotorooter service on 11/18/09. We received fast and courteous service from Will our technician. He was very knowledgeable and very neat . I will recommend your company to my friends and neighbors.
We called another company the last time and were not satisfied and they had to come right back and track up the house again. So we're sold on Roto-Rooter.

Roto-Rooter Service 11/10/09

My kitchen sink backed up on my birthday. I spent six hours trying to clear the clog. Then I decided to call the professionals. I was at work when Ed (2153) arrived. He was very nice to my mother who was watching my daughter at my house. He cleared the clog and fixed some shoddy plumbing work the previous owners did. He was there when I arrived home from work and explained what happened and what he did to fix it. He explained what I needed to do to keep it from happening again. The workmanship was great. The tech was very friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

"Roto-Rooter Service 11/7/09"
Was told that they would call 30 to 40 minutes before arrival. Received a call saying that the plumber was running behind which was very good. However, right after that call, we received another call saying he was on his way and should be here in 30 to 40 minutes, after an hour we called back only to find out that he had gotten lost and should be to our house in 10 minutes. Plumber was very nice and helpful in explaining what our different options where in terms of unclogging our kitchen sink. He also asked about other areas of our house that could be affected by the clog. Price seemed high for the amount of work that was done. Overall the clog was fixed and we can use our sink again.
