    My family of six loves Burk's. Barbeque sandwiches are great with the red sauce. I occasionally get ribs which are also very good. One son likes the wings but they take a while to cook. All in all, everyone gets fed well at reasonable prices. Buy a pound or two of barbeque to go and add some hot sauce. Superb!

    I LOVE BBQ and heard Burks was good so I had to try it out. It was just okay. The meat was good quality meat and I liked it much more than most places I go to but the sauce makes the BBQ and their sauces were not good at all. They definitely need some new sauces and more than just the 2 they had would be nice. They need a good ketchup base sauce. I am not a mustard fan so I was hoping they would have a good red sauce and they dont. I wont go back and if I ever did I would take my own sauce.
