Little Luigis Pizza

When they first opened the pizza was outstanding. Now after thay have been opened for a while things have gone done hill. I ordered a pizza close to closing time when it got delivered it was burnt I discovered it after the delivery guy was gone and when I called the store they were closed . Next day I was told you shoild have brought it back? Next time I was working late and the wife ordered me a pizza as she was going out with freinds. When I got home I found the pizza in the oven still unopened in the box upon opening the box guess what was burnt?

I waited about a year before trying them again this time when the pizza was burnt I called the store to complain and get one not burnt. The person on the phone was the owners young son (12-14)year old that wanted to argue if it was burnt. The next day I got a hold of the owner and he offerred me $5 off my next pizza? Why the heck would I still want to pay $30 for a burnt pizza

Best pizza and sandwiches around and I agree with the last poster, service is excellent..

Don't listen to anything bad anyone has written... I have been ordering Luigi's since they opened in Kaukauna and I have never had bad service or food that was late unless they were really swamped and they have always called if it was going to be longer... Luigis is an amazing place and need our business...We will be sorry if we lose them as a restaurant only a few in this state and they are extremely good!!
