I trusted mid-fla to do a repair on a commerical building a/c unit they installed 2 yrs prior. It was determined to have 2 pin sized leaks caused by the unit vibrating. This should have been a warranty repair. The technician was there for 2 hour and 28 minutes. I was charged $1123. Countless times I requested an explanation for this charge and was eventually turned over to a collection agency because I would not pay this amount blindly.
They have now threatned to turn be over to their attorney.
To put it mildly I would never ever trust them again to do any work.
This is a shocking statement that sounds like it is from somone who doesn't know what they are talking about. Mid-Fla Heating & Air has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and holds all of their employees to the 8 standards of excellence. They came out and gave us a free estimate on a new high efficienecy system. They followed through and actually got us our new system installed the same day. The installers worked late into the night with no complaints and smiles on their faces until we were up and cooling. They were patient with my kids too. I would recommend this company to everyone.
Do not use this service. We were charged for an employye to come out and give us an estimate (after being told we would not be charged). The technician that was sent to do the repair only ocmpleted one-half of the work the company had agreed to do. The company then asked for additional money to complete the work. When we complained, management was very nice, but it their underlying attitude was "We screwed you and we are proud of it." Avoid this company. They will try to take advantage of you.
