    VERY RUDE SERVICE!

Treated my wife very unprofessionally, almost as if racist towards a woman without a tattoo.

Spoke down to us, and refused to let me speak to the manager!

This first time visitor to this tattoo parlor will not be returning, and advise anyone else considering a visit, to look for tattoo services elsewhere.

Have heard that they do quality work though, but I can't confirm!

Got a tattoo here when I got back from Iraq. The artist there was very talented and the customer service was awesome. It was a little more expensive than other studios in the area but the quality of work was well worth the difference. Would definatly use them again

Not Satisfied: As far as convenience for me, Odyssey was great, but that's about where the positives end. I went there in January of 2007 to get a very meaningful tattoo, and was disappointed with the experience. My artist wasn't very personable; he never told me his name and didn't even bother to ask mine. He was very conceited, and unfortunately for me, not very talented with the needle. When the tattoo was done, he didn't even bother to dress it. He didn't go over any aftercare instructions with me. My tattoo was meant as a tribute to the four family members that had recently passed away, and I am NOT satisfied with the job that this man did. Compared to the wonderful experience I had getting my first tattoo (@ Hawaiian Tattoo Company in Puck's Alley), I was sadly disappointed with Odyssey Tattoo and will not refer anyone there. I plan on going to see Michelle at Hawaiian Tattoo Company to see if she can fix my tattoo and return honor to those it was intended to memorialize.

Not true Jeremy. I had work done by Tim, the owner of the shop. I had a similar experience. He was very unprofessional, rude and acted as if I should be trying to earn his business. Anyone that owns a business or works in customer service of any sort knows it's exactly the opposite. Now, if the work he did had been exemplary, that would have been one thing, sadly that was not the case. The tattoo wasn't anywhere near what I wanted and to top things off he and other members of the staff laughed and joked openly about my design idea. I as a consumer should have left just due to that, but I had had work done there previously (by someone else, no longer employed there) and was very pleased. Against my better judgment I went ahead with it, the result was shoddy work, and terrible service. I got it covered up three weeks later. I would never recommend that place to anyone. Ever. Not to mention the fact that Tim himself told me that my previous artist overdosed and was found dead in the shop. This was a complete fabrication. He's a pathological liar that does mediocre work. He is responsible for that shop, so the blame falls to him, and therefore the shop itself as a whole.
