    This place is down home southern good. The oyters are fresh, shucked when you order them, sweet and cold. The entire menu, although not fancy, is complete and diverse. The people could not be more hospitipal and nicer. Other restarants should go by and see what GOOD waiters and waitresses are. The food has always been top notch. I always take out of town guests there to sample "southern Hospitality." It will become a favorite of yours too.

    The oysters are cold and fresh! I had 4 dozen raw! Just got back from Florida and I had a craving for more oysters. My family and I had been wanting to go this restaurant ever since it opened. I'm ashamed that we waited this long. So good! My husband had the grilled grouper (which I tasted) ~ excellent! Great for families with small children. A children's menu is offered with the good ole fashion cheeseburger. My children had a cheeseburger, fries and a salad which was gobbled down! This is a restaurant that we will probably visit once a week. Oh yes ~ the service was GREAT! And they have a well-stocked bar. Don't miss out on this wonderful seafood restaurant "The Oyster Barn."
