Although the staff is friendly, they did not keep track of my husband's visits and exceeded the alloted number the insurance company would pay for, then sent us a large bill! We had no idea this was going on as we trusted them to keep track of it, after all the insurance card is the first thing any healthcare provider asks for, even before you put foot in the door. They also never told us to keep track either, which I would have gladly done, even though they are the ones with the records. They also use a lot of students, but that is not problem. When I complained, all I got from the head office is a lecture about looking for new insurance and a refusal to address the question of why we were not told we had ran out of time??? This is a first after 2 major surgeries in 4 months dealing with multiple healthcare providers. Nasty surprise after paying big bucks for health insurance and large deductables. This is unprofessional behavior.

Have had the same problem, even with asking every visit if they and insurance were in cync. I knew what my insurance alotted, but I didn't know what Benchmark's charges were.
