User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDr. Schroeder is the best foot doctor in Wenatchee. He has performed one surgery on my left foot and it is pain free 5 years later. He is about to do another on my right foot. However, Value Plus Home Health Care Center has the worst customer service ever. We went in weeks ago to reserve a knee walker. The employee took the prescription but refused to take a deposit for it. We were told that at any time we could get one with no problem. She refused to reserve it as well. When we went in to get the walker a man asked us if we had reserved one because they don't have any available. We told him that we had tried to reserve one and were refused. He wouldn't do anything to assist us in any manner. In addition, the owner, Ray, has not returned any of my phone calls.
