    This is a very bad buisness practic. I took me car in for a simple oil change and they said they would give it a free car wash. So I get the car back and it wasn't washed. I asked them why they said they forgot so they then give my keys to someone out side of there dealer ship to wash it. I get the car back and it has damage to the break system. I then return inside to ask them what happened they said they give it to a 3rd party to clean it. I get all of this in writing and leave. Then they try to call the police on me saying I had damaged there door. Needless to say I hadn't and the investigation proved it. My car is still damaged and they take no responsibilty for it because they say it is the 3rd partys falt and I signed for the free car wash with toyota only. And the bottom of there contract says they will only make my car avaible to my self or a toyota employee.
