User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe went around 7 this past Friday night, but the place was pretty empty. We had a great waiter and the sushi was awesome. It is a classy atmosphere, so I suggest a business casual attire. We will definitely go back.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThis restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, however the customer service was horrible. I ordered a meal and asked to leave out the mushrooms and the waiter seemed disappointed. I returned the meal because my noodles came out dry and hard, and eventually I ordered something to replace it. At the end, the meal I didn't eat showed up on my bill and I was informed by the waiter I had to pay for it because I they cooked it the way I asked them to. He continued to say I had to pay for the meal until I asked to speak with his manager, and then he immediately agreed to take it off. Gratuity was included already so of course it didn't matter to him. Other than that, I would probably go back a second time. Maybe it was just the waiter.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest I've had....: I'm used to the typical oriental restaurant food; this place is not typical. The atmosphere is high class, the food was top of the line, and the prices were just right. I'm not sure what is going on with the other reviewer, but I never had problems with customer service at Tyfoon. In fact, the server was attentive, despite the fact that we were dining during the restaurant's busiest hours. When I feel like going out for special occasions, this is the restaurant I pick, every time.
