I'm still trying to resolve an issue: An item was damaged, and the people at the shop where the cleaning is actually done are trying to conceal their mistake by claiming the item was defective prior to cleaning, which it most certainly was not . The employee who helped me at the Bealton shop (these folks have 6 or 7 shops) remembers this unusual item and that it was not defective when I brought it in, and the ticket shows she did label it correctly. We'll see if the upper management can resolve this and maintain what is left of their integrity. I'll update this review when there is a resolution, unless I get even more frustrated by the stonewalling before things are resovled.
