    I went in for highlights and a cut and can't believe how HORRIBLE my experience was. I waited over 2 hours even though I had my appointment with Tammy. She was yelling at her workers the whole time in the most unprofessional matter. Now the BAD part... My hair was bright orange even though I am a natural blonde. I went in for high lights and she over processed me. My scalp was burning and itching and I had scabs on my head. I was in pain and embarressed to leave my house for 2 weeks until I healed. I had to then pay over $200.00 to get my hair corrected.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! I can't believe this lady even went to beauty school!

    my experience here was great!!! very professional. she really took time to explain to me what i had done to ruin my hair. she color corrected my hair,and it`s beautiful!i also got to watch a hair extension being done while i was there. amazing!i`m tanning there now and had a body wrap,and eyelah extensions. they`re the best!!!

    What a waste!!!: Not sure where this other review is comming from, but I have to say please don't even think about coming here. No customer service skills at all!!!! I had called to make an appointment, which was set. Tammy (might be the owner) called a minute later to tell me she had a class the night I had an appointment, and if I could change the day...."no problem" I told her. I went in for my appointment just 2 days later from the time I called her, she had no idea why I was even there....forgetfull? I told her " a hair cut and highlights. She said "it's going to be least an hour, I didn't know I had anyone". Does she not have a book to look at for her appointments? I said "could you not have called to give me the courtesy before I left my house. "I haven't had time, I've been so busy" she replies. Really how much time does it take to make a phone call! She then said we can do it another time, I mentioned that her customer service skills were aweful, and I would never come here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
