Access is bad for tenants and horrible for landlords. I can't write the truth I know about them because I'd probably get sued . Move on .It will only cost you in the long run .

We rented for 1 year, and the owners of our property put us on a month-to-month after the first year. When we gave 30 days notice, we were not refunded our deposit, nor were we told about further yard maintenance that needed to be done, just charged nearly $1,000 for what would have taken us about a half-day and a $50 dumpster container. Every time we had maintenance needs (loss of electricity in half the house, leaking water pump to the septic, etc.), we rarely had phone calls returned and had to take days off from work to stand in the office until our work requests were submitted. This is NOT a responsible property management company - look somewhere else!
