I recently bought a ring for myself from Genesis Diamonds in Brentwood. After shopping at a few other locations in Nashville/Cool Springs...I was extremely turned off. I am a successful single mother of two & wanted to reward myself with a nice ring because not only do I work hard at home, but owning my own business it's important to do special things for myself once in a while as well. Pretty much every other store in the area "categorized" me as a mom coming in to look around at their store "killing time." I asked to look at 2-3 carat diamond rings and they wouldn't give me the time of day...and most of the stores didn't even have any stones that size! Genesis Diamonds was completely different. I worked with a very professional young lady who not only educated me on what I wanted, but helped me narrow down the HUNDREDS of choices that were available!!! I was and still am quite impressed with the caliber of service even after my purchase. Everything about this place is hands down better, the warranties, upgrading and even the owner of the company is there every day. I will be back to Genesis soon especially since Christmas is right around the corner!

When shopping for an engagement ring I wanted to give at Christmas, I decided to go all out! I even took my parents shopping with me. When we walked into Genesis Diamonds the sales staff was so courteous! Chairs were provided for my parents and even refreshments! My girlfriend has been showing me rings in various magazines and I was honestly getting confused with all the different rings and designers. I figured I would have to call around and visit every store in town in order to see the different rings. But Genesis was different. I have never seen such a tremendous selection of engagement rings. It seems that this company has connections to every designer. After looking at rings in a few different stores all the rings we so similar and NOT what my girlfriend had pointed out. Other stores seemed to be trying to sell me what I did not want. But Genesis Diamonds was different because they had them ALL! We picked out the ring and then the diamond with no pressure. The diamond education at Genesis was extremely thorough and the specialist was so patient when letting me choose. All the while they included my parents in this decision. I was shocked when they never attempted to sell me any extended warranties and was pleased when they told me all maintenance is covered forever. Most stores with this level of service are usually more but the prices were unbelievable. They even guarantee there prices to be lower for 3 months after I bought the ring! Genesis Diamonds provided the best guidance in this important event for me and I love the ring we selected! I cannot wait for Christmas!
