User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRoto-Rooter saves the day (Sunday no less). We found our drain backing up this past Sunday November 22nd and the Roto-Rooter service technician (Kemal) was at our home within a hour. Analyzed the situation, explained it to me in a clear and concise manner, and laid out the cost for the services....all in a professional manor.
The Service Technician went the extra mile (really 10 feet) and stayed the extra time to make sure that our issue was resolved.
As my dad always says "its in bad times that you really understand who you are working with"....Roto-Rooter was superb!

We had a clogged laundry tub on a Saturday. Roto-Rooter was prompt, polite and took care of the problem. He also gave us some advice of how not to have this happen in the future.
