Called for a 3 color lo-lite touch up & trim, explained my personality- response was "No Problem", have a couple of matches for me and appointment made for same day... arrived hour early- "No Problem", taken right away. Felt stylist (Lena) really listened as I explained I wasn't sure what I wanted, just knew what I didn't want. Again "No Problem", her suggestions were strong & confident yet no pressure. Once she was sure I was comfortable with all desicions I received price up front with potential costs of future maintenance. With a change in cut & color she said was going to take 7 years off my appearance (magic words) and "By God" to hear my neighbors and significant other talk, she must have. I HAVE to go back... I can honestly say I never left a salon feeling this good about change.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis salon is amazing the stylist are all very sweet and knowledable...I loved my hair and referred my mother into them and she got the same results i did FANTASTIC!!! Wont go anywhere else...

I was going there for a while without any complaints, a little pricey(approx $140 for highlights and haircut), but I normally left pretty happy. However, the last time I went in, I was informed that my usual gal didn't work there anymore. So a different girl was going to do my hair, who was considered a beginner on their scale, until she told me she wanted $170 just for the color. Not a bad salon, but I don't like to go into shock over the price after I get there, I just won't waste my time going in there again.
