He's been trying to get Time-Warner's cable TV/phone/Internet package, but Time-Warner has refused to open the new account and set up the installation appointment UNTIL the PREVIOUS condo owner pays HIS bill and closes HIS account! Now seriously: how f***ed up is that? -

Non English speaking workers showed up at my house to 'bury' a cable that had already been filled in. The 2 non English speaking contractors walked up in other peoples yards, around my house into my back yard, etc -- prior to my running them off. They did not seem interested in the Cable, but appeared to be inventoring any objects they could see. Idiots, rude, and service stinks. Appeared to have a second job stealing stuff...
