Great place. High energy, very happy and energetic employee. For a chain type restaurant, I am amazed at how it has one of the best prime ribs in town (usually tastes better on weekends than weekdays). And the price is very reasonable. Happy to take the kids there and let them make as much noise as they want. They love to watch the wait staff dance.

When Outback meets Ground Round: My wife and I tried out the Texas Roadhouse on a bitterly cold night and were pleasantly surprised.

It's a very laid-back atmosphere with buckets of in-the-shell peanuts on the tables and friendly waitstaff and managers. The food is probably most comparable to an Outback Steakhouse (although we agreed we'd much rather return to the Texas Roudhouse than go to Outback), which is to say you're not going there for a high-end steak, but it's definitely good eats for the price (my wife and I both had steak meals and a drink for less than $50 total)

The menu has enough variety on it so that there's something for everyone and they have enough speciality drinks to keep anyone happy. The peanuts on the table are a nice touch (although if you're anything like me you can spoil your appetite quickly!) and best of all the people who work there are very likeable.

If you're looking for a fun, cheap night out, you can do a lot worse than dinner at the Texas Roadhouse and then a movie at the Ridge Cinemas (some 300 feet away).

Texas roadhouse is the bomb: If you havent eatten at a texas roadhouse, you need to. Great food, great prices and I recomend the jamacian cowboy for those of you who drink. The texas roadhouse in New Berlin also has smoking for those of you who smoke. Try it, you will love it!
