Hours of Operation: Monday Closed, Tuesday 10:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Wednesday 10:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Thursday 10:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sunday Closed - Appointments Suggected but walk-ins welcome if time allows. Spa takes last appointment at 6pm.

   Wonderful Experience: I came to Columbia for a graduation and was staying at the Marriott Downtown. I ask the conciege Nikki who she recommended for massage and she said she only recommendeds Tranquil Moments. I was impress because I am use to getting a list of places they recommend, so I was eager too try them out. My husband and I, had nikki make appointments to go at 4pm for massage facial and pedicure, which they made special arrangements to accomedate us. We were planning on walking but after calling for directions realized it was to far of a walk then we were planning. The receptionist at the spa, called us a cab to go pick us up at the hotel and drop use off at the spa so we wouldnt be late for our appointment. Once arriving the staff was very friendly, and both of us enjoyed our massages tremedously (We had driven from New Orleans), as well as, the rest of our services. At the end of our service they had a cab waiting to take use back to the hotel without us having to ask. All in all we had a wonderfully relaxing time. This was a very high quality establishment based on other spas I have been to and wish there was one like this one back at home. I give it an A+, and thanked Nikki the concierge for the great tip.

   Best Christmas Gift Ever...: I got a beautiful gift certificate for Christmas, which my boyfriend told me he got online. That was my first indication that this could be the best spa experience I could have. Their Sweet Serenity package was everything it said it would be. The massage and facial left me feeling so relaxed, and every member of the staff was friendly and helpful, even when it came to explaining my new facial scrub (which BTW I love). All I can say is that this was the best Christmas gift ever, and my boyfriend loved it too. ;P

   Eh...: I went for a Brazilian bikini wax. I chose this salon/spa because it was closer to my home than the one I usually go to for Brazilians. The esthetician and other staffmembers were very, very friendly, but I had a few issues: the esthetician didn't use gloves and used the same wax stick over and over again, the wax room smelled mildewy, the floor was dirty and supplies were strewn about. I asked her to leave a patch of hair, but she waxed off everything. It was more painful than previous waxes, and I'm left bruised and sore. I will not be returning to this spa for this service.
