Smokey Jackson's Smoked BBQ Pit

   I ordered 2 lbs of brisket from this place the other night. Went to pick it up and walked into a very shady type of bar. I was honestly scared I was going to get mugged. I picked up my food, as I had hungry people waiting at home, but noticed the bag was light and small. I got home and put the package on my food scale and it weighed just over a lb with the bbq sauce cup, napkins and plastic ware. They charged me $30 for just over a lb of meat. Total rip off. When I called to complain they tried to deny it right off the bat but quickly capitulated and told me to come back and they would make it right. I was forced to drive back across town in rush hour traffic to walk back into the hoody atmosphere and made to wait for over 20 mins before they tried to do anything to fix it. They tried to give me the rest of the meat, which I refused as I had no doubt this establishment was the type that would spit in my food to get back at me for complaining. I insisted on a refund, which they begrudgingly gave but would not give me back the tip I had given when I originally paid in hopes that I would have a new BBQ place to eat at, even knowing how undeserved it was. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you want to get ripped off and possibly caught up in some type of drug raid or gang activity.

   Mouth-watering & Delicious!: A co-worker brought some riblets from Smokey Jackson's to work and asked me to taste it. I quickly became addicted to the delicious food and now I always try to find a way to stop by on my way home from work!

   THE BEST MEAL EVER: RIBS / CHICKEN / WAFFLES / I Ate everything. This place was great. The service was excellent and fast. I loved the music playing real low and Smokey Jackson even came from the kitchen to check on our satisfaction. THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!
   
   OH AND THE SAUCE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD.....
