   Dean Hodgkins was the photographer for our wedding, He showed up and took lots of pictures but when it came time to deliver the photos he was MIA, He did sent us a CD in August of 07 but the CD did not work and currently one year later we still do not have any pictures, He has given us the run around many times, He is very busy or that he is moving to North Carolina because his girlfriend is relocating. He is a liar and a fraud, He likes to run off with your money and wedding pictures. He Ruined the Best Day of Our Lives.

   Mr. Dean Hodgkins photographed our wedding in September of 2006. He delivered us proofs of the photos 10/10/06. In mid-November, he sent us more proofs to order from. Due to holidays, other priorities, and what not, we did not start ordering the pics until April 2007. We finalized the order on June 5, 2007. Since then, he has not delivered our photos. Emails were sent on numerous occassions (6/18, 6/22, 6/25, 6/27, 6/28, end of June/early July (exact date not known) and phoned four times in that time span. Mr. Hodgkins responded on 7/3 saying he was "swamped" saying he'd do some of the order on that evening. Emails continued but no photos were delivered. Continued emailing Mr. Hodgkins (7/22, 7/26, 8/5, 8/10, 8/22, 8/24, 8/28, 8/30*2, 9/1, 9/4, 9/9). Mr. Hodgkins replied on 9/11 saying the following issues had come up "including a forced relocation from (his girlfriend''s) company, a meltdown of (his) main processing computer, a hacked email system, difficulty finding a new home (from a recent move), and a lot of housekeeping related to getting previous jobs restored, sorted and sent for final processing." Additionally, he told me "I want you to know that your original files are backed-up and safe, and your work will be restored and re-edited next. In the coming week, I may need to talk to you, but otherwise know that I am doing everything I can to complete your order as promptly as possible." I emailed him on 9/11 asking for a delivery date. Have not heard back from him. Emailed him 9/16, 10/12, 10/15, 10/19, 10/20, 10/22, 10/23, 10/26, & 10/27 requesting delivery date of photos. No emails were responed to. Phoned him and emailed him today, 10/29, demanding response, to no avail. I just want our photos and at this point, a refund. It is unacceptable business procedure for him to do this! Busy or not, we paid for our pictures and deserve to receive them.

   Mr. Dean Hodgkins doesn't return calls. He did our wedding photography in June 2007. got some great shots, so I thought and even stayed after the wedding and visited with me and my husband and our families. Because he was only providing us a CD with all of our photos. He told us we would have it by the time we got back from our Honeymoon at the END of June. We haven't heard from him, the only communication was a few weeks ago that he said he was very busy with the wedding season and he was moving out of state!!! I updated this post, and want to note that I did receive the CD on August 17th.
