User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWaiting for the handyman was like with the Cable guys. You have a 2-3 hours sliding window and they show up at the end
The guy who showed up backed into the basketball hoop. I mentioned it to him and he denied it. I saw it happen
I had 4 things I needed done and I went over them with Ronny when he arrived. He spent 10-15 minutes telling me about the charges but I had already been provided that information but he wanted to make sure I knew
1. Install new faucets in the bathroom. The connection from the faucet to the wall was different size so Ronny told me to run down to Home Dept to get a converter. The converter was not available at the store.
2. The screw top of the Jacuzzi had come off and I had the replacement parts from the manufacturer.
In the 45 minutes it took me to go to Home Depot and search for the part and come home, this guy managed to place (not screwed on) 1 faucet on the sink with no connection to the wall and put the knob on the Jacuzzi.
3. Change the weather stripping on the deck door. He told me that I had to provide the weather stripping, no one told me that I had to provide these things and I had several conversations with the company. He asked if I could go back to Home Depot. He knew about this earlier he could have told me then. I said no because we were already getting to the 2 hour minimum.
4. Screw on a sliding tray in the kitchen cabinet. I had the tray, screws and instructions. Ronny went to his truck an took 10 minutes to bring back a power drill and screws. I had to show him the instructions on how to do the installation.
Out of the 2 hours this lazy, no nothing guy managed to install the sliding tray. When filling out the paperwork he showed me the area where to add a tip at least 5 times. He also said they did not take cash. I checked with the company and was told they do. He lied
I did call the company and I told them but they failed to do anything-

Mr. Handyman was perfect!: Billy, our Mr. Handyman Technician was great. Not only did he arrive on time (a little early) but he did great with tiling our kitchen. He was very polite and answered all of our questions. Mr. Handymans pricers were fair and we feel we were treated great by their office. We have used other companies before and now we are staying with Mr. Handyman.
