I hate the service from the Vista BMW. I took my car to the Pompano Beach location and my car came back with the BMW logo at steering wheel smashed. The service advisor D.F. told me they wouldn't fix it because would be too expensive. I had a BIG damage loss. Also I just took my car at Vista BMW Coral Springs and the service there are worse. The service advisor R.F. lied to me saying that BMW would pay for my loaner car upgrade and I was charged in my credit card. Now he don't even answer me back. My husband is looking to buy a BMW 6....however Vista BMW lost a customer for life.

All you 750 owners beware of a dangerously bad battery in the trunk. The terminal burned and melted the top of the battery. The trunk smelled from a fire and when it was towed to Vista they blamed it on the battery in my key. It was finally fixed but only after I needed to get everyone involved and even then they lied on the service saying is was a bad connection. I love my BMW's but it's time to find a new dealer.
