User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI bought a pre-certified X5. I drove it and accepted it in the "as is " condition as you do when you buy a used car. The car smelled heavily like that "new car" fragrance. I was hoping it would dissipate. Unfortunately, it did ...ONLY TO REVEAL THE OVERWHELMING SMELL OF A SMOKER'S CAR!! I found soaked frangrance napkins in the arm rest that they must have put there to mask the smoke smell. I am pursuing this with Vista and they are not cooperating. I have sent a letter to BMW of North America and the BBB. I am most likely going to pursue this in court b/c this is deceptive business practice
