NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership you will regret it. The salesmen are A holes as well as the management staff. If you need anything done after your purchase you might as well forget about it because they don't care. F*CK YOU Fudge Packer Ford, F*CK YOU!

Went in tonight to look at a Ford Excape with my bf and the sales person was clearly not interested in us unless he got a credit report, just to look at a car.... crazy. HE refused to answer any questions whatsoever, and had a terrible attitude. When we left he thougt the whole incident was funny. i'm still not sure why but Al Packer's ford is a prim example of high pressure sales tactits and poor customer service. the sales person never greeted us or even introduced himself. Just ased my bf's age and credit... Avoid this one there are lots of good dealers in the area. U called to compain and the floor manager told my i was lying and hung up.

So far so good. Been taking my Mercury, and Explorer here for service for about 2-3 years now. While not the fastest, their work is reliable. Jody Lomedico has been my service advisor all this time. Recommend Al Packer to anyone with Ford Motor Company products for service.
