I'm a home improvement contractor and sometimes my customers need gutter work. I called this guy 3X and he never returned my call. Too bad for him now someone else will get the business.

This is a competitor, we have no idea who this is. we return all calls. unless of couse he called during the death of our dad on 6/14/08. we havent heard from him or anyone making this complaint.
I'm not a competitor, I am a home improvement contractor and I know what I am good at what others are better at! I called you because I had a unique application I wanted an expert to handle. I did call the week your father passed and when I found that out I waited for a week to call again. The girl that answered the phone said she gave you the message, I called again a few days later. As stated before I never got a response. If you go back through your messages and look at my name here it wouldn't be that hard to figure out.
All I can say , is that im sorry, that entire month was a disaster, It was a huge hit to our family, and our business was put second to his passing,all we can say is a first for us, we didnt have a book on how to handle our young father dying suddenly and getting back to every call promptly, we are a family business. I do recall something about a contractor calling and saying that our father death was a likley excuse,if you research our company you will see we ace in every department and strive to be better everyday, but I honestly say that if tragedy strikes we will put our business second untill its handled, I apologize for any inconvinence our hadling of our dads passing may have caused you.............God Bless.

I see your signs all around DelCo and know where your office is and upon researching you on the web was very impressed with your investment in marketing and the positive reviews. I got another gutter company to do the job but I think you'd have done a better job but he at least returned the call.
