User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDealing with this company was terrible, recommend avoiding. First, it took them a long time to send someone out. They then sent someone out to look at the washer and dryer who misdiagnosed the problem with BOTH appliances. He told me the washer was vibrating because it was on a hardwood floor, when really it was because some of the shipping bolts had been left in. The machine works perfectly now since I removed them. He told me the problem with the dryer was that its vent had gotten bent....I later looked at the book and realized it was a VENTLESS dryer. So that clearly wasn't the problem either. I called Home Appliance Repair to get my money back and complain, have called around 6 times over the previous month and have yet to have any of my calls returned. For that alone I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company.

I am very disappointed. We called 3 weeks ago to have our dishwasher repaired. Since our problem matched a front dish washer leak that was successfully repaired, I thought we have syngergy. I was wrong. Over 3 weeks, the repairman has been to our house 3 times, ordered 3 more sets of parts, charged us, failed to show at scheduled times, missed phone calls, kept my wife waiting at the house, and consistently failed to follow-up on promises made to us as customers. Something must have happened to this company in 2007, because the feedback has gotten consistently WORSE between then and now, and I'm now part of that negative chorus.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
1 - The tech showed up in a uniform, thats where everything ended, in trying to look at where the problem was - he actually broke it!!!
2 - His diagnosis, what diagnosis. At first he told us the leak was in the back later told us it was in the front, while he tried to put it back in the groove, he broke the line.
3 - Now we find out its more expensive to fix the line. He tried to charge us for the line.
4 - A repair that was 75$ costed us a new dishwasher.
Most reviews here seem like they are self rated.
Also home warranty companys use them often....
