User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis company has attitude problems, they never fix anything correctly and it takes months to get something done. They do not reimburse for purchases made for improvements, even when we were told we would get paid back. The properties are dirty and not cleaned and you will never see your deposit.

This is honestly the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. They don't fix anything wrong with the house, they don't take care of any problems. They don't even care about rental laws and code violations. When confronted with their problems, all that was said was, "So sue us". Horrible company, avoid at all costs.
