I think the most important thing is that Dr. Miller really listens to you and what you want to do. Plus, he’s very accommodating, caring, and he’s personable. Dr. Miller is great.

I saw Dr M four or 5 years ago. I drove to NY to see several md's but stayed an extra night just so i could see him. The staff was very nice but he was flipant and arrogant with me then totally blew me off without any explanation, help or anything. He just said, theres nothing wrong with you. I needed reconstructive surgery to my face and was very sensitive and emotional already but after meeting him i was devastated. He basically told me to get lost. The other surgeons i met with could see what the issue was with my face and were actually willing to listen. I was so angry that as soon as i got out on the street in Manhattan i was ripping up all the paperwork and junk that his office mailed me. I was livid. He did not care that i drove 10 hours to see him, AT ALL !! Take my advice and take your business elsewhere. I got my surgery with one of the other md's and it turned out great.
