I visited Zapatistas's with some friends and family for my birthday on 1/5/08. We arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes before our reservation and we were still seated right away. I must say we all enjoyed the food and the drinks. We had the chicken enchiladas, the fajitas, the tacos and the guacamole just to name a few...and everything was delicious. Not to mention the drinks...we had a pitcher of the margarita/sangria mix which was really good and you could actually taste the alcohol. This restaurant to me was borderline authentic/american which was great for me. The only downfall to the restaurant is the size...the tables are really close together, so if you're plannng a quiet romantic dinner for two..this is not the place..at least not on a Friday night. My sisters and I have already set a date to go back...see you soon Zapatista.

It use to be good: A recent change of on menu and poor service make this a must skip; not to mention a hike in the menu pricing. It is too bad this restaurant went down the hill, because, at one time, it was good. Now it is just another average, over-priced Tex-Mex establishment.
