    I am satisfied totally: I have used loanstanding twice more for home equity lines of credit, including after HELOCS with other mortgage brokers and banks failed to deliver on their promises. To date, in the many times I have obtained lending or refinanced, I have never had a process go more smoothly, more quickly, or more satisfyingly than with loanstanding

    Outatanding service: I have been looking for a home to suit my family and income. It seemed very impossible in the beginning until I was referred to loanstanding by my sister because of her past experience with them. When we finally found a house that I wanted and suits my family, we made an offer and we were given only 30 days to close the escrow. During those 30 days, we had to secure a loan that I can afford. With the price of the house and my income, it was very difficult to meet all the requirements and I was ready to give up. But the people at loanstanding made everything seemed easy and feasible. They were very professional yet friendly. Now, I am living in the home of my dreams because of the people at loanstanding. I'm forever thankful to them. As they advertise, they perform Outstanding service!!
