User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThank God!!: I needed to take cash out from the equity from my home, and I had been turned down from basically everyone who took my application. One night I recieved a call from somone named Evan, from Newhaven Funding, asking me if I wanted to refinance. I told him yes but my credit wasnt that good, and everyone is telling me that I can't qualify for a loan. He said, "Let me see what I can do." He took my information and the next day he called me back with great news. Not only did he get me the money that I needed, he also lowered my interest rate and cleared up some credit card debt for me. Thanks again Evan, you're the best!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Prices, Best Service PERIOD!: i've refied my house several times since i brought it in 1992. I've always gone directly to a bank until my friend told me about New Haven Funding. I got a much better rate from them than HSBC, Bank of America and several other banks, and it took less than 2 weeks! I highly recommend using Matthew Dunleavy as your broker.
