Refinancing a mortgage is never a picnic, especially in light of the recent economic crisis and all the new rules that are required. However, James did an excellent job proactively staying on top of the paperwork, the appraisal, and going the extra mile to see that the closing went smoothly. Which it did. Not only is he quick, but he represents good loans. I still have my first refinance with James. It is 7 years old with an ARM of 1% above prime, pretty good loan since it is at 3.5% now. It was a good ARM, not this 20% that has caused people to file bankruptcy and/or lose their home.

We had a letter of commitment for the largest bank in the country in March of this year. After being told each month, we are ready to close and a Notary will contact you any day for closing, in September we were told our appraisal was out of date and had to be redone. Needless to say, the appraisal came in extremely low and we no longer qualified. We call James and explained the situation and in one week we had another appraisal, approved for the loan and closed within three weeks start to finish. We thank James for his commitment to helping his clients and staying with it until the job is done.
