The Best!: Pure Romance did a wonderful job, and the service was complete from start to finish. We were impressed with not only the work they did on our flowers and hair but most of all the personal attention they showed us. They answered all of our questions, a consultant even talked with us, though we were not using one, in addtion everything was brought right to me, for the wedding, the intial consultation, hair trials, wedding day hair and make up, I didnt have to leave my home. We would have loved to use all the services they provide, but I was one of those brides who wanted to plan everything, thats the joy of having a wedding, but I would recommend any of thier services to anyone. I had so many compliments on my flowers, it was more than I expected. Even when it was all over, we recieved a congrats card from them, thanking us for having them a part of our wedding, now how much personal attention can you ask for! WE LOVED IT, they are truely the best.

Rip off: She did not do what she said she was going to do. Yes she did get things set up, finally, less than an hour before the wedding. I was setting up things in my wedding dress!!! She didn't even talk to me the day of the wedding until I came up to her one time and asked her if things were ok. I would not recommend her to anyone. There was SO much that she kept saying she was going to do that she didnt. It caused a lot of extra stress on wedding day.... not happy AT ALL. personally i think it would have been less stressful doing it ourselves and would have saved a lot of money!
