User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsmy wife & I love the prime rib plus the trimings. We are from Lubbock Texas and working in Salt Lake for the summer. This beats any prime rib in Texas.

My only experience since the re-opening of the original owner's family was not great. I'll give them credit for not handling the the unexpected Holiday traffic, but the Prime Rib (prime boiled rib) was not even close to the recipe/roasting/flavor/quality that made them famous in the first place. My group decided to give them a year before trying it again. Two stars is generous for the prime rib, only.

I've eaten at Diamond Lils several times and no one serves better medium rare prime rib. Also their fresh trout stuffed with crab and shrimp is to Die! for. Have you seen the size of the king crab legs they serve?!?! A full meal, western atmosphere, and a very reasonable price. five stars.
