Toulouse: Just when you think the true french "cafe" atmosphere was nowhere to be found in Dallas, Toulouse is like walking right into an authentic French bistro. From the clientelle to the steamed seafood; I was highly impressed with the service and quality of food. Their menu of champagne drinks would perk anyone's attention for a Sunday brunch.
Great Food and Hot waitstaff: The food was wonderful, the waiters hot and attentive, and the manager Andres was so sweet. I can't wait to go back.
