Sarah Finley of The Palms Restaurant treated us with absolute A+ customer service with astonishing positive (welcome to our restaurant) attitude. Our dinner was great and the rest of the staff members were amazing. BRAVO ZULU!!!
Excellent!: Went to The Palm for the first time and it was excellent. The steaks are perfect and the service is too.. The atmosphere is casual enough where you can be comfortable in almost anything. I saw people in ties, some in sandals. Very much enjoyed the Caprese Salad (Tomatos, Buffalo Mozz, Basil), and we added the prosciutto to it - EXCELLENT. I enjoyed the Rib Eye, which is their best steak according to our server, amazing. My girlfriend had the Filet, which I had to try as well - You can go wrong either way. They bought us dessert because it was our first time, so we had to try the Creme Brulee. Nothing about this meal was dissapointing. Steaks are around $30-38, and ala carte - so you can spend some money. Our bill was $155 after appetizer, bottle of wine (about 45?), 2 steaks and one side dish.. Some itallian dishes start under $20.. however, I think I'm getting one of those 5 pound lobsters next time!
