Attended the Monterey Blues Festival this past weekend and was curious after hearing people around Sadie Mae's booth saying her's was "the best in the entire fairgrounds," even event staffers! After a sample, I WAS HOOKED! Her homemade bbq sauce was phenom!!! A generous portion of meat (choice of ribs, chicken, tri-tip, and even pre-ordered salmon) with sides and homemade cornbread made a tasty dinner worthy of ALL STARS! Piping hot and delicious. Sadie's dessert was homemade peach cobbler-mmm, mmm, mmm! In her red apron, she is a personable character all about Southern Home Cooking, and she does it proud. I became a repeat customer singin' her praises with the rest of them.
