Please let us know what you think...and if there is EVER a problem...please give us a chance to fix it! :) WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY!! :) This is where I will post reviews left by customers on other sites & e-mails we receive... THIS IS THE FIRST REVIEW WE EVER GOT! THANK YOU DONNA!!! :) Donna of OK writes about FORGET ME NOT: Even calling after 9:00 PM the night before Valentine's Day, Carrie answered the phone cheerfully and helped me get a wonderful deal on flowers for my fiance's Mom. She was sweet and bubbly and I will definitely call Forget Me Not for deliveries in the Joplin area!

    3/20/12 My Mom was soooooo overjoyed and impressed with her flower arrangement that you sent her for her birthday last Friday! Since I live in New Jersey and was unable to actually see the gift in person, I am just so glad to have a Florist I can count on and my Mother said she too would be using Forget-Me-Not Florist from now on...that s how very pleased she was with the detail and obvious special touches and overall beauty of the arrangement. Thank you so much!

    7/2/11 I contacted you to send flowers for the day after mother's day and you were so very helpful that I mentioned it to my mom. YOu steered me towards peonies and you did well. The day before the tornado, they were still gorgeous--only one petal had fallen. Unfortunately, they were blown away with the rest of my mother's possessions. We're lucky that she crawled out of the wreckage alive. Wanted you to know that I will use you from now on for flowers in Joplin and have told others the same.

At 3 pm that day I was told they were out of roses would lillies be ok that they were very pretty. Oked the lillies which was never delivered. So much for FORGET ME NOT FLORIST!

    ***THIS REVIEW WAS NOT LEFT BY THE CUSTOMER...we just spoke with the other shop...IT WAS LEFT BY GARY, THE OWNER OF THE OTHER SHOP!*** I hate that any order got messed up, but the shop in Branson that sent us the order is the one that messed up & now they are trying to lay blame else where. This order was sent to us on Valentine day over the computer, to be delivered after 3pm. We let the other shop know that we were out of roses by the time we got to their order (there were orders ahead of them that had been ordered ahead of time that had to be done first) & told them what we had. Unfortunately, the Branson shop DID NOT REPLY TO US UNTIL 9AM THE NEXT MORNING & told us the lilies would be ok. So we were set to deliver them & two hours later they canceled saying that they had oked the lilies, but we still didn't deliver them?!?!? They didn't give us time to deliver them. They were going out just after lunch, but then they canceled. If they would have gotten back to us on the 14th, I could have taken them that evening because I had an evening route that I took to people who were working 2nd shift & had requested late deliveries. I hate that the customer & recipient did not get their flowers. I would have been happy to take them. We did all we could on this order. Had they responded to us promptly, instead of waiting until the next day, it would have been delivered. :( We pride ourselves in excellent customer service as you can see by the numerous reviews left by ACTUAL customers.

    AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!! I ordered a Ladybug Cuddlebudz from another business, they charged my credit card and sent me an e-mail stating the item had been shipped and gave me an estimated delivery date. The day before the Ladybug was supposed to arrive, they called my home and told me they never even had the item in stock and wanted to offer me a Lamb or Bee. I was so upset - I was ordering this for my 10mth old daughter for her first Christmas. Ladybugs have played a big part in the story of her life and they mean something to us. I looked on line and found them at Forget Me Not. I called and was told they had one in stock. They worked with me to ship the package to Oklahoma and had it to me the morning of the 24th. You ladies Rock!! Thank you for your time and effort!
