User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsa MUST stop for anyone travelling by: My wife and i saw this BBQ several times as we would pass by on 315 to get to I-75 from St Augustine. One time we finally decided to stop-(she gave in). Great service, well priced, wide selection of Carolina style BBQ, and "backwood" style decor make this place a can't miss. AWESOME sweet tea:and i don't just mean sugar water. We drive monthly from to Tampa and always take the backway so we can eat Backwoods!! They also have call ahead for To Go Orders.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExcellent!!!!!: We stopped for lunch on our way back home from visiting our "Gator" daughter in Gainesville. Great food and a very friendly atmosphere.
