    Ok, so I admit i'm the minority but we were just not impressed. Food was super greasy. We tried fish tacos, beef tacos, and pork burrito. Not a fan. We won't be back. BUT the chips and salsa is top notch! Delish!

    Born and raised in San Diego. I can tell you this is as close to being there as you're going to get to San Diego without... well, being there. I eat here often. The carne asada burrito that I choose is the Big Kahuna. It is just like it is supposed to be. Lots of meat, guac, and nothing else. You add your salsa as you want or pico. Just like home. The flavors are unbeatable around here. All of it is great. My wife and I usually split the Big Kahuna and get two fish tacos and have one each. More than enough food and you cannot beat it anywhere else.

    Fantastic! If you have ever had Baja/Beach style Mexican you will love it. If you haven't ... give them a try. Having lived in San Diego for 14 years my wife and I truly missed this style of food. Pelon's is the real deal. Great service, friendly staff, good prices and authentic Baja Mexican food. BEST fish tacos we have had since leaving SoCal.
