big 10 tires phenix city al busted my wheel and put it back on my truck w/o my knowledge. i found ou the next morning when my tire was flat. they deny responsibilty. if anyone can tell me how to post the pictures on here, please let me know
THAT IS MY WHEEL IN THE PHOTO.
I was thinking about buying new tires for my Mustang and new tires for my Silverado. But my son took his truck down and got new tires and when he gets home one tire goes flat. He puts air in and takes back to Big 10 and they claim the wheel is cracked and was already cracked. The wheels were ok before buying tires and none were leaking air. Apparently they cracked the wheel when they were working on it. At this point they have not replaced the wheel and we are waiting for a response. Until then I will not be buying tires there, and I recommend that no one else buys from them either. May file a claim with small claims court so they will have to go thru the hassle. May file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Either way, we will give them plenty of advertising.

I am not surprised at all. This is not the first time I have heard of something exactley like this happening. No one should have to wonder why Big Ten had to file for bankruptcy a few months ago. They need to close them all down. I do have to ponder if Corporate promotes the dishonesty or if the Regional/ District managers take it upon themselves to just tell the locals to lie to keep it from the lead dogs; you know they can always fire the local managers and turn around to Corporate and blame the locals for any problems. I wouldn't trust them to put the correct amount of air in a flat tire.
