Firehall Pub & Grille

DISAPPOINTED: I have eaten here a half dozen or so times since it opened. The first time was right after they opened and there was some growing pains. After that it got better. I even took other family and groups of friends there too. But no more.
We ate at there last Friday (7/13/07) with another couple and it was not good. They service was slow and inattentive, the food was not cooked properly nor was it the same as it was 3-4 weeks ago when we were there (they have a new cook), the beer tap was still broke so the selection was limited, the bar tender seemed to have an attitude, there was an intoxicated customer bothering others that they continued to serve even after she missed her chair and fell on the floor at about 7:30 p.m. and the entertainment was some fat guy singing karaoke. We won’t be going back.

3 bad experiences: The first time I went there, I thought the theme of the restaurant was great...that was about all that was decent. The service was slow and it wasnt even that busy. Our waitress on all three visits were completely horrible, forgetting about us completely.The food is average, but way over priced. The service was so awful and the staff so rude, my fiance and I got up and walked out before ordering. The reason I kept going back was to try to give the place a chance to win me over (seeing that I live right accross the street)-I will never be caught going there again. So, if you like bad service and overpriced food...the Firehall is your place!

A Horrible Experence: We started off with Motzerellla squares and you only get six of them for 6.99. We then waited 35 minutes to get the main course, which everyone else was getting their salads in between expect us. My chicken alfredo was ok, and my wife's chicken parm was pretty good. We then had to ask for our salads half way though the meal, everyone knows they come before the main meal. I wouldn't go back to this place if it was free.
