User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsa new place, good staff but like pretty much every new DD the donuts are made offsite and only come once a day. by the PM selection gets sparse and stale.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI concur, the employees are inept with the exception of one young man that appears a bit disheveled in appearance but tries to do a good job. Upon my last visit on 4/3/08 there were two customers, myself and one at the drive up window. A very tall young punk took my order while talking on the headset, was confused about how much change to give me and when I told him he made a mistake, threw the difference in his tip bowl and stated that "I confused him" (I had given him $13.50,the bill came to $13.44). Ultimately he short changed me by a penny and walked away. My guess is that he was on some kind of mind altering substance, nobody could be that slow and dopey in a normal state!
I hit the expressway again and as soon as I took a sip I realized he had loaded the coffee with sugar. Due to the limited access and cost of fuel, I made the decision to not go back for a refund.
I agree, great location. What a shame there is no management in the place to monitor this sort of thing. I stopped at the next DD up the line and bought another coffee. After hearing my story, she would have given me a refund with a receipt but unfortunately, I did not get one (usually I do). I will stop back there again at some point to see if I can get a refund and make sure I taste the coffee before leaving!-

Today was the fourth time I haved stopped at this DD only to leave with an empty cup. Six in line four employees behind counter and two customers setting, after ten minutes of no service DD lost all six customers. This has got to be one of the most miss managed DD on record. Wonder how long they will stay open for business. Real shame for a great location.
