This christmas our family flew in from Hawaii and Chicago and one of my sisters will be deploying next year will not be with her kids next christmas so we thought this would be a great time to get a family portrait with everyone excluding my brother who aleady deployed to the middle east. We arrived on time and waited 30 minutes to get into a studio. By then my sister ran out to the car to get something and we were told that we should have been ready because they can't wait when they're 30 minutes behind. Duh, I just waited 30 minutes. My nephew was having a bit of fit by then so 5 minutes into taking 5 photos they told us to go to the back studio where the wait was shorter. We waited for 40 minutes. By then the my niece was getting cranky. When I asked the photographer how long until we would be next she said she didnt know that the front desk was working it out. So I check with the front desk. They thought we were a different family. Once they got our family name correct they told us we were behind two other families. One of those families arrrived after us (during the original appointment time). At that point we decided to call it quits because they best they could offer us was to look at the 5 photos we had already taken or reschedule. I would have given them 1 star but our photographer was very upbeat and tried her best with my nephew. I can understand waiting 20 minutes as other children could be cranky too but a total wait time of over an hour is unacceptable. This is especially so since we have to make an appointment and they told us twice that we would have a 2 hour slot to get our photos done. They were unorganized, lack communication between their staff and their customers, misleading, were unable to make right the situation and seemed to be overbooked in general.
