User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsVery poor service. Impossible to have an intelligent conversation with the owner. He believes every customer is out to get him and his motto is do it to them before they can do it to you. There are plenty of elevator companies in SC and any other one would be better than this one in my opinion. Customer satisfaction is not in this vendors lexicon.
