    not so much an auto dealer as a criminal enterprise, lacking only the guns and blackjacks to make it complete. I was quite literally held hostage for three hours, my car hidden, while sleeze-ball salesmen worked me over with numbers and papers. One of hte worst experiences of my life, and I suggest any potential Honda customer get over to Jersey, or to Yokahoma if necesary...anyplace but Honda. And Potamkin is only slightly better. Unfortuneately, they make really good cars but they need a reworking of their sales methods.

    Poor Troubleshooting: Engine problem on 87 Honda Accord LX (carcurated) was mis-diagnosed by Service Dept.'s A-Mechanic as per the Service Writer.; claimed alternator was defective(no 12 volts); had alternator replaced by independent shop; problem remained; returned to Paragon with bill and report; Paragon couldn't fix or properly diagnose or troubleshoot problem on the 2nd go-round. I w ill NEVER return to Paragon for Service, only parts if needed.
