    Fair warning!!!!! This office is highly unethical. In the event you have an issue with a procedure, do not expect the doctor to hold any accountability. If you question or express dissatisfaction his office staff becomes rude and abrupt and will try to brush you off insisting that everything they did is right! Stand clear of DR David Gwynn.
