I went there recently and I think it is well run. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Especially one nurse, gigi, she explained my problem in basic terms.

The staff is horrible. I've come here several times (for myself and family) and also just because the location is convenient and they are open 24 hours. The doctors like to come in and talk to you about how many times you've been there previously. And why you dont go see your primary doctor regarding the issues your having. Not to mention the staff like to talk behind peoples backs, tell jokes, its pathetic. VERY unprofessional. Literally, the lab service only takes a few minutes when your getting a basic CBC or that type of thing and it takes HOURS for them to tell you your results. I've stood at the front desk and saw them joke amongst themselves about someone not having insurance. Horrible place.. great location/services, HORRIBLE staff.
